Sewing Projects
I’ve always loved sewing—it’s where my creativity first came to life. I was drawn to the way fabrics could transform something simple into something special, and that naturally led me to an interest in upholstery. From there, I started seeing how design shapes the way we live and feel in a space, and that curiosity grew into a passion for interior design.

This project is a set of custom grommet-top curtains I sewed for my mom’s guest bathroom. It was a simple but fun way to add a personal touch to the space. I learned a lot about working with hardware and making sure everything hung evenly.

These are structured zipper bags I sewed, featuring ruffles along the front for a playful touch. It was a great way to practice precision and add some personality to a functional piece. I gained experience installing zippers and building shape with interfacing and clean seams.

This project is a pair of sham pillows I sewed using green and blue gingham fabric. They added a fresh, classic look to the space and were fun to style. I enjoyed sewing the envelope closures and getting to stage them as part of a finished setup.
